COVID-19 Coronavirus Ticket Handling Instruction -South East Asia-

Please be advised of the updated ticketing handling instructions below in response to the current Coronavirus outbreak.
 

  1. Applicable Routes
    • Departure from South Korea to South East Asia routes
    • Departure from South East Asia to South Korea Routes
    • Transit itinerary departing from South East Asia to beyond South Korea Routes
       
  2. Applicable Ticket Condition
    • Departure Date: Effective immediately ~ April 30th, 2020
    • Ticketing Date: On or before February 25, 2020
       
  3. Applicable Dates
    • 988 ticket stock
    • To qualify for a reissue fee waiver, the ticket must be fully unused
       
  4. Details
    • Re-issue Penalty Waiver
    • Permitted on first reissue only
    • Difference in fare and tax will be collected
    • New outbound departure date must be on or before July 22, 2020
    • Ticket must be reissued within the ticket validity
       
  5. Waiver Auth: 0KSHR19T (0 → Number Zero)
    • Please input the waiver auth in the tour code box (waiver code box) and the correct code to avoid DMs.
    • If the waiver auth is applied in circumstances where the qualifications are not met, a DM will be issued.
