OZ : No Refunds allowed for Expired tickets
Dear Agents,
This memo is to update you with Asiana's Refund Policy for Expired tickets.
Effective immediately, Asiana will not authorize any Refund waivers for expired tickets. Therefore, all refunds are made only thru ARC within ticket validity dates.
Please be advised, there will be no exception to this updated policy.
