Special Offer for New Ticket Purchase (12 th Amendment)

Asiana will waive the change fee for newly purchased tickets until December 31, 2021 → June 30, 2022 to give more flexibility for our customers.

  1. Applicable Routes and Tickets
    • All OZ International Routes
    • OZ international revenue ticket including codeshare flights (988 ticket stock)
       
  2. Effective Dates
    • Departure Date: on/after March 10, 2020 2)
    • Ticketing Date: March 10, 2020 ~ December 31, 2021 → June 30, 2022
       
  3. Applicable Options
    • Reissue fee waiver: Reissue fee waived for voluntary schedule change (waived up to 2 times → waived one time only beginning April 1, 2021)
      • Difference in fare and tax will be collected depending on date and route change
      • New outbound departure date and reissuing date must be within the validity of the original ticket.
         
    • Refund fee waiver: Limited to Ticketing Date March 10, 2020 ~ June 30, 2020
      • Refund does not apply to non-refundable tickets per GDS.
         
    • Duplicated application not permitted / only one option permitted
       
  4. Applicable Ticket Conditions
    • If the ticket includes an OAL flight, the long haul marketing segment must be an OZ flight
    • Please check beforehand if the ticket includes an OAL itinerary, as this waiver may not apply to the ticket
       
  5. Details
    • All fare rules excluding the reissue and refund penalty waiver follows the fare rules of original ticket as listed on the GDS

  7. Remark
    • Please input the waiver auth in the waiver code box (tour code box) correctly to avoid DMs.
    • ADM will be issued for tickets that do not meet the condition
