Involuntary Ticket Handling Guideline for Travel Agency

Starting from September 17, 2025, Korean Air will update its policies regarding involuntary schedule changes due to airline-related issues. The new guidelines define the conditions under which reissuance and refunds are allowed, including applicable fee waivers and allowable date changes. - Reissue AUTH : SK CHG Flight#/Date (eg. SK CHG KE018/01JAN) Location : Add into Tour code or endorsement box
- Refund AUTH : Original Flight#/Reason for refund (eg. KE018/Delay) Location : Refund Panel (must be 14 byte)
