(Agency) JFK Flight Cancellations for Nov–Dec 2026

Hello,

This is Philahana Travel.

Due to several one-time Asiana Airlines (OZ) flight cancellations on the JFK route in November and December 2026, we have received many inquiries and would like to provide the following handling guidelines.

■ Change and Refund Guidelines

  1. Date Change

    • Changes are permitted within ±7 days of the original departure date.

  2. Booking Class

    • Rebooking must be made in the same or a higher Economy Class booking class.

  3. Refund

    • Refunds are permitted for flights affected by the cancellation.

  4. Revalidation

    • For return date changes, revalidation may be permitted if the original fare conditions remain the same, including AP rule, weekday/weekend conditions, YQ, etc.

    • If there is any difference in taxes or fare, the ticket must be reissued.

  5. KE Endorsement

    • If the passenger wishes to travel on the original date, endorsement to Korean Air (KE) may be permitted.

    • Please book the lowest available Class.

  6. If KE Endorsement Cannot Be Processed

    • Please contact Asiana Airlines directly for further assistance.

Please note that a separate handling fee may apply for changes, reissuance, refunds, and endorsement processing.
