Please be advised of the ticket handling instruction below in response to the Mandatory Quarantine in South Korea due to COVID-19.

  1. Applicable Routes - US Departures to South Korea
     
  2. Applicable Ticket Conditions
    • 988 ticket stock (Revenue Ticket Only)
    • To qualify for a reissue fee waiver, the ticket must be fully unused
       
  3. Applicable Dates
    • Departure Date: April 1st, 2020 ~ June 30th, 2020 August 31st, 2020
    • Ticketing Date: On or before June 30th, 2020
       
  4. Details
    • Refund Penalty Waiver
      • Please cancel the reservation before the original departure date in order to avoid No-Show.
    • Re-issue Penalty Waiver
      • Permitted on first reissue only
      • Difference in fare and tax should be collected
      • Ticket must be issued within the ticket validity
         
  5. Waiver AUTH: 0KLHR0LS
    • Please input the waiver auth in the tour code box(waiver code box) and the correct code to avoid DMs.
    • If the waiver auth is applied in circumstances where the qualifications are not met, a DM will be issued.
    • When the Mandatory Quarantine in South Korea is over, the waiver AUTH will be withdrawn automatically.
