Regarding travel advisory due to COVID-19, please be advised the exchange for a credit voucher (EMD) guideline for contracted U.S ARC agencies (Amadeus User only) as follow:

Purpose :

Due to the constantly evolving situation related to COVID-19 and the high volume of refund requests, we highly encourage customers to reuse the value of the ticket with 10% discount for future travel’s fare without fee.

Applies for Tickets :

Issued on or before April 1, 2020
And/or flights departing before March 31, 2021 involuntarily cancelled by KE

Revenue KE International Ticket

Including Non-Refundable ticket
Including KE marketing/OAL operating Codeshare flights
Including DL marketing/DL operating flights
Including transit exclusive domestic flight

on or before November 30, 2020 (permitted until December 31, 2020 for passengers with prior notice)
