Waiver due to new entry restriction for China

Please be advised of the ticket handling instruction below in response to the change of the required document by Chinese government on/after November 6, 2020.

 

1. Applicable Routes

    - US Departures to China via ICN on OZ

 

2. Applicable Ticket Conditions

    - 988 ticket stock (Revenue Ticket Only)

 

3. Applicable Dates

    1) Departure Date: November 6th, 2020 ~ December 31st, 2020

    2) Ticket Date: On or before November 10th, 2020

 

4. Details

    1) Refund Penalty Waiver

         * Please cancel the reservation before the original departure date in order to avoid No-Show.  If not, the no-show penalty will be applied.

    2) Re-issue Penalty Waiver

         - Permitted on first reissue only with collecting the difference in fare and tax

 

5. Waiver AUTH: 0KLHR0LS (0 - number "Zero")

     - Please input the waiver auth in the tour code box(waiver code box) and the correct cod to avoid DMs.

     - If the waiver auth is applied in circumstances where the qualifications are not met, a DM will be issued.

    - To cancel the reservation which was provided by OZ, please contact your account manager to avoid No-Show.
