Guaranteed Airfare from the US Region.

Please be advised of AUTH number renewal for Guaranteed Airfare from the US Region.

  1. Applicable : All PCF/Private Fare from US Region, KE stock tickets
     
  2. Details : Allowed to apply the old fare in case of storing the old fare in PNR and Ticketing within 24Hours after the fare change
     
  3. Condition: Need to be stored old fare in PNR and input below AUTH NBR
    • Must check stored fare in PNR (ex: screen capture) prior to authorizing to apply the AUTH NBR.

  1. Does 24 hour pertains to business working days, or just straight 24 hours?  ( business working days )
  2. There’s a PNR we priced on Friday, but tax has increased over the weekend. ( you may use the 24hour fare guarantee waiver)

You may use the 24-hour guarantee fare authorization for a changed fare/tax.
Please note that the fare must have been stored within the past 24 hours (business working days).
The waiver code for the endorsement box is 3RCTFRWMAW.
