PNR must contain E-mail Address & PHONE numbers

Starting January 11, 2022, please make sure that all PNRs contain;

Email Address
Mobile Phone Numbers

If you see this remark in the PNR ’MISSING SSR CTCM MOBILE OR SSR CTCE EMAIL OR SSR CTCR NON-CONSENT’you must add two fields to avoid a problems when airlines send important messages to individual passengers.

With the reinforcement of IATA Resolution 830d, effective since June 1, 2019, airlines need to ensure that passengers' contact information (e-mail and/or mobile phone) are correctly filled in the PNR, so they can be contacted in case of irregularities or disruption. 

Please be advised that starting January 11, 2022, the booking may not be recorded if the PNR does not contain any SSR CTCx element, and the following warning is issued to remind the travel agent to create/add passenger contact information: ‘MISSING SSR CTCM MOBILE OR SSR CTCE EMAIL OR SSR CTCR NON-CONSENT’
