[Notification] Comprehensive Rule Waiver for War in Israel
Please be advised that a Comprehensive Rule Waiver has been issued for War in
Israel as below.
1. Eligibility
○ KE tickets with confirmed ICN-TLV segment (incl. C/S and award)
○ Ticketed: before Oct. 8th, 2023
○ Travel: on/before Oct. 13th, 2023
2. Waiver
○ Refund/reissue penalty waived (on/before Oct. 21st, 2023)
○ For differences due to changes in date/route/RBD:
- waived if traveling on/before Oct. 13th, 2023 (Same cabin only),
- charged if traveling after Oct. 13th, 2023.
- Passengers traveling through TLV permitted to reroute to KE online FLT within
Europe/Middle East (Same origin/destination only)
- Passengers traveling ICN↔TLV permitted to reroute to KE online FLT within
Europe/Middle East (Changes to origin/destination permitted)
○ MIN/MAX stay waived (Maximum stay extended up to +7 days from ticket
validity)
