[Notice for Revision of Ticket Change Rule]

Please be informed that KE ticket changes rule will be revised as follows;

1. Details

  • Applicable Fares : Voluntary changes of KE International Fare 
  • Changes : Revalidation allowed → Reissue required
    - For cases that are allowed with free revalidation currently, such as simple date change of return date, the reissue charge is free. (except special fare from Japan with revalidation fee)
    - Any difference in fuel surcharges and taxes needs to be collected or refunded.

2. Effective Date : Ticketing On/After 17JUL2024 

Handling Guidelines

  • Changes to tickets issued before July 17, 2024 : Revalidation is available according to fare rules.
  • Changes to tickets issued on/after July 17, 2024 : Revalidation is not allowed, the ticket must be reissued.
