Ticketing Service Fee Notice

Please be advised that ticketing service fee will be charged for revenue tickets that are issued in USA through OZ reservation center, Asiana USA regional offices, and airport ticketing counters. Please refer below for details.

 

 

I. Effective Date

03/01/19 (Based on Ticketing Date)

 

 

II. Details

1. Ticketing service fee: USD 20.00 per ticket

 

2. Applicable Tickets

 

New revenue tickets departing from USA that are issued in USA through OZ Reservation center, Asiana USA regional offices, and airport ticketing counters.

 

3. Conditions

 

Ticketing service fee will be collected from the ticketing office. It will be collected per ticket and conjunction tickets will be counted as 1 ticket.

 

 

III. Exceptions
 

New Tickets

Reissue

- Infant fare tickets (Infants below 2 years old who do not occupy a seat)

- OZ and Star Alliance awards ticket

- Tickets issued with a special AUTH code (ex. PF)

- Reissue due to name change

 - Involuntary reissue by OZ office (ex. Schedule change or irregular conditions)
