Free Transit Lounge Promotion (Revised)

Please be advised of Free Transit Lounge Promotion for transit passengers traveling beyond Korea. Please contact your sales representative for any questions.

 

 

I. Effective Date

IMM ~ 12/31/19 (Based on the Arrival Date at ICN Airport)

 

 

II. Eligibility

OZ passengers with transit itinerary staying within 24hours at ICN Airport

 

  

III. Detail

- Free use of Sky Hub Lounge for up to 3 hours.

 

- Two lounges are located at the East and West wing of passenger terminal on the 4th floor.

 

 

 

*Hours of operation: East wing- 24Hours / West wing - 7 AM ~ 10 PM

(No entry after 9:30 PM)

 

- Sky Hub Lounge Service: Snack, beverage, liquor, TV, internet, WIFI, fax, newspapers, etc.

 

 

IV. How to Redeem the E-Coupon

To receive confirmation, please email us the following information at jisunyang@flyasiana.com, josephpark@flyasiana.com, and your sales representative.

 

- Please provide passenger's name, OZ ticket number, record locator, nationality, and E-mail address.

 

- Present applicable itinerary for the lounge use and indicate whether the passenger would like to use the lounge for inbound or outbound flight.

 

- The Free Sky Hub Lounge E-Coupon email will be sent directly from ICN Airport.

 

 

V. Remarks

- Passengers must present passport and boarding pass/ E-ticket/ E-coupon in order to enter the lounge.

 

- Transit passengers can use promotion coupon only once on their round trip.

 

- Please provide original E-coupon number to update any passenger’s information.

 

- The promotion is only for US to beyond Korea routes.

 

- This promotion may end earlier due to limited quantity of the coupons.
