ADVANCE TICKETING:

Reservations are required for all sectors.

MINIMUM/MAXIMUM STAY:

Minimum: Travel from the turnaround must commence no earlier than 12 hours after arrival at turnaround.
Maximum: Travel from last stopover must commence no later than 12 months after departure from fare origin.

STOPOVER:

Unlimited free stopovers permitted on the pricing unit.
Unlimited in Korea, Republic Of.
And - Unlimited stopovers permitted on the pricing unit at USD 100.00 each.
Unlimited in Area 1.
Child/Infant discounts apply.

COMBINATIONS:

No combinations permitted end-on-end with any other fare basis or program. Fares may be combined to form single or double open jaws/round-trips, or to form circle trips, except for around-the-world fares, provided combinations are with any fare for carrier DL in any rule in any tariff.  Where conditions of the two fares differ, the more restrictive conditions will apply.
EXCEPTION:  DL Basic Economy fares (fares with the character "B" in the seventh position, fare types EOU/ERU), are only combinable with other DL Basic Economy fares.
Note: DL fares may not be combined with KE fares.

Travel must be ticketed on standard ARC/Delta ticket stock with normal entries except as noted below.

Note: Infants who will reach their second birthday at any point during the journey will be charged the applicable child fare for the entire journey.

DISCOUNTS:

C. Agent Discount:  Not permitted.

D. No other discounts permitted.

SKYMILES: Mileage may be accrued, if the applicable frequent flyer program rules so provide.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

A. Fare Agreement: This agreement is subject to change or cancellation on 24 hours' advance notice by either party.

B. Confidentiality: This agreement is strictly confidential.  Any disclosure of the fares or terms contained herein to passengers or persons not approved by Delta/Korean Air constitutes a breach of this confidentiality, which will result in immediate cancellation of this agreement.

C. Prepaid tickets not permitted.

D. This program may not be used in conjunction with any other Incentive or Marketing program you may have with Delta Air Lines/Korean Air.

E. Electronic tickets, where eligible, are required. Otherwise fee applies for paper tickets.

F. Fares not valid for redistribution to any other agency or third party without Delta/Korean Air consent.

G. Fares not eligible for online distribution unless such access is conducted through a secure, password-protected web site directed to, and accessible only by, such subagents and not accessible for any consumer direct activity.
