Reissue and Refund Rules Change Notice

Please be advised of new changes in reissue and refund rules application. Please refer below for details.

III. Refund Rules

- Before-departure penalty for Korea departure flights will be counted based on the departure date of applicable pricing unit.

 

- When refunding a reissued ticket, the most restrictive rules and penalty of both original and reissued tickets will be applied.
